Victoria Y. Buckley is an associate attorney at Duffee + Eitzen whose practice focuses exclusively on family law matters. Before becoming an attorney, she spent 12 years working as a family law paralegal and became Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2017. Her experience in family law began while attending Baylor University, where she interned with the Texas Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Division, before transitioning into private practice.

Victoria earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Baylor University in 2009, her Master of Legal Studies from Pepperdine University in 2022, and her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law in 2025. She sat for and passed the Texas Bar Exam in February 2025 prior to graduating from law school.

She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association Family Law Section and is committed to helping clients navigate difficult family transitions with compassion, responsiveness, and steady guidance.

I’m driven by the opportunity to bring compassion to people facing some of their hardest moments, and it’s really important to me to make sure my clients never feel alone in the process. I want to make sure every question is answered, and my clients know they can rely on me in a time that is really uncertain for them.
