Madelyn R. Nix

Madelyn R. Nix is an associate attorney at Duffee + Eitzen, where her approach to family law practice is fueled by her dedication to prioritizing sustainable solutions to meet the needs of each client.

Madelyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Sociology from Purdue University in 2022. She then pursued her legal education at DePaul University College of Law, graduating in 2025 with a certificate in Family Law.

Before joining Duffee + Eitzen, Madelyn practiced family law in Chicago, Illinois, where she assisted in complex family matters including international child abductions and returns, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, property division, and more.
